Starting off this visit checking out the Pixar Pals Parking Structure. It appears they worked over the weekend as some progress was visible this morning after just being here on Friday afternoon.
The protective plastic is removed and th ey were testing the lights at the tram stop. Also looks like final paver installation along the concrete was going on.

Pavers are in all the way out to the tram unload area now.
A closer look at the far side. Pavers go to the tram route and a fence is taking shape along the tram route and along Magic Way.
A crew was working on fencing at the new tram drop off zone.
Another team is working on the perimeter fencing. Notice the gates on the pedestrian walkway. Also the tram way concrete is poured.

Disneyland queue extends past the Monorail.
Disney California Adventure let guests into Buena Vista Street already (both parks have 8am openings).
Buena Vista Street is ready for summer.
Grizzly Recreation area was open so I headed that way.
7:52am - not busy at all.
Soarin over California has returned for the month of June. So that was my first stop.

Was send to the right and they only loaded the center queue. Left both sides empty.

Banners for the Tale of the Lion King line the walkway. The show starts Friday.

8:48am and Pixar Pier is a ghost town.
No one waiting for the Pal-A-Round so went for a spin.
A check of the Inside Out Emotion Whirlwind project this morning. There were a couple of teams working.
Dirt has filled in the planter around these trees and light near the exit.
Still working on the fencing.
Looks like some concrete work in the front with forms up and things covered.

Disney California Adventure waits at 9:20am as I was heading out of the park and over to Disneyland.
Made my way over to Disneyland. Today the entrances were well stocked with commemorative Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge maps.
As were the two map distribution stands on either side of the entrance tunnels.

Made my way over to Alice in Wonderland. The wait time was posted at 10 minutes.
Monorail Orange cruising overhead as I waited.

The queue grew a little since I entered it, but still under 15 minutes.

Noticed the kiosk in Fantasyland had Star Wars Opening Day pins (along with several other locations today)
Barriers and cast members on the Big Thunder Trail entrances.

Cruising by Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. Only a couple more hours until I get to enter.

Time to pick up my wristband for Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge
I checked in about 20 minutes after the start and there was no wait at all. Just an empty queue to walk through.

The Adventureland Entrance
The Braille Map was updated on Friday to include Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge.
The skies were starting to clear.
The Canoes and Columbia joined the Mark Twain on the Rivers of America.

At 1:22pm noticed they started to scan wristbands. So we went to join the crowd.
The process went very quickly and a couple minutes later I was walking toward Batuu.

We were stopped just short of the attraction entrance and some cast members were walking the crowd sharing instructions.

About quarter to 2 the line started the march toward Black Spire Outpost.
Chewie was out to greet everyone.

The Marketplace entrance. Cast Members were directing us on the outskirts of town.

Entering the First Order area on the end of town. The large group heading to the right was going to queue up for Cantina reservations.
I skipped that and turned left instead heading for the spaceport.

A posted 25 minute wait but it looked shorter so I joined the Standby queue.

We walked up the ramp and had a view out the second story windows.
Took 6 minutes from entering the queue to reach the first room, this would be right after the FastPass merge.
Moving into the second room where Hondo Ohnaka greets you and explains the mission. You are making a run for him.

The next room is the main deck of the falcon.
This trip through there were too many people to get a good picture (will on a later visit).
20 minutes from entering the queue we are airborne.
25 minutes from entering and I am walking out.
Back in Black Spire Outpost a few moments later.

The wait time has grown to 35 minutes.
Behind me is the entrance to Docking Bay 7 which is one of the dining locations.

There is also outside seating available.
A line to enter Dok-Ondar's Den of Antiquities so I skipped it for now.
Passing through Ronto Roasters as I head toward the marketplace.
Entering the Marketplace. Next up a series of pictures as I roamed around from stall/shop to shop.
The propping and other details is great to see and explore and I look forward to future visits.
The cash registers are a smaller footprint than usual.

Decided to take a walk out to the forest area now that the crowd has spread out. It is about an hour into my visit.

This was the return line for the Cantina.
Time for round two on the Millennium Falcon. This time used single rider which means you skip the queue experience.
This time through my total time was 22 minutes from entering to exiting, so not much faster than my first standby experience.
Custodial wears costumes to fit the land. No more uniform white like the rest of the park.

No wait to enter the Droid Depot at the 2 hour mark of my visit.
The store was crowded. There was a queue out the other door if you wanted to actually make and buy a droid.

The posted time held at about 20 minutes most of the time.

Still only about 5 minutes and I was in the second pre-show room.
This time the area was much less crowded so I could get some pictures.
15 minutes and I was in flight over Batuu
19 minutes from entering the queue until exiting the building. My quickest flight of the day.

5:02pm and the 5:00pm group was being walked in.
Spent some time visiting with friends and discussing the land before deciding to head out around 5:30pm
Time to return to Disneyland.
5:51pm and I am back in Critter Country. The backside of the new sign.
