This morning I was parked on the back side of the 5th floor so let us start off with a look at the back corner of the new structure. Here you can see the 4th floor connection taking shape between the two garages
They have painted/sealed portions of the completed levels already. Notice the color change on the left side.
This morning they were pouring another section of the back portion of the 4th floor.
Here teams are preparing the area in the foreground. In the background a team is working on the next segment.
Panning left you can see more forms for support columns being installed for the 5th floor.

Here you can see the connection on the 4th floor to the end of the lower ramp and 5th floor rising above.
The 5th floor connection to the Mickey and Friends structure looks just about ready for concrete.

The supports for the escalators themselves look to be complete and close to ready for equipment to be installed.

The line to enter Disneyland at 7:42am, the park opens at 8am but they were letting guests onto Main Street USA.
Disney California Adventure had no line and also opened at 8, but early morning started at 7am over there today.
A sign guests could hold for a Thanksgiving Photo.. no one seemed interested though.

Making my way up Main Street, 5 minutes until park opening. Notice the support cables for the garland were installed last night now that the taping is over.
Rope drop in the parks is always an electric time. Here is the current holiday greeting and welcome announcement.

The queue for Peter Pan was already backing up to the castle.
Posted at 50 minutes, everything else was a near walk on.
Always fun to see wide open space in Fantasyland.
First up today, Dumbo. This was my first time riding since the new queue was added. There are now assigned numbers on the ground to speed up loading.

Only one train in service so it was a slow moving queue.

Next up Storybook Land Canal Boats.. the line was relatively short but too few boats running so it took about 20 minutes to board. The models are decorated for Christmas.
The spiel is also adjusted to tell Christmas/holiday stories.

Next up a spin on the Tea Cups, which was a literal walk on. Did not break stride until I sat in a tea cup. So by 9:10am visited 4 classic Fantasyland attractions.
Matterhorn returned from renovation this morning. The queue is reconfigured and features this new entrance.
There are now switchbacks for the standby queue and the walkway is slightly wider.
Monorail Blue passing by, notice the Pixar Fest wrap is removed.
The FastPass distribution window info has a fun animation with the doors closing
Then opening to show the new time.
Passing through the hub as a trolley was jingling toward Town Square.
Most of the filming equipment was picked up. Only a couple support columns left.

It took slightly longer but not much.
New Orleans Square Christmas decorations. It was just after 10am and some of the group went to visit Indiana Jone and the rest to rest.

The Lego store is doing a build for Mickeys 90th on Sunday.
Looks like they are re-configuring the Monorail queue space.
Walls up on the walkway by the restrooms. They appeared to still be open but I did not walk down that way.
No signs of progress on the west side.

The waits for the warming huts at 2:30pm looked longer than the posted 10 minute wait for Grizzly River Run.
Pixar Pier.. Luxo Jr appeared frozen. I never saw it move either day where as last visit it was cycling a lot.
