A Halloween display along the tram route, seen from the parking structure.
Moving up to the roof of the Mickey and Friends Parking Structure.. a couple of video clips giving an overview of the Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge construction.
The Battle Escape Show Building in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge
More of the exterior wall has been added to the Battle Escape show building on the side that runs along Disneyland Drive.
The rest of the side looks ready for installation.
In the distance the rock formations continue to take shape.
On the roof more HVAC equipment has been installed.
Preparations for the exterior wall are underway on the side of the building.
Looking inside the hanger area conduit and more forms are being installed as the prepare to pour the floor.
Not a lot of visible progress on the concrete building, but next to it electrical equipment has been installed and a form is up to connect the wall to the building.
A closer look inside the Battle Escape hanger space.
A better look at the electrical equipment and conduit for the connections.
The hole left in the side of the Battle Escape building. Assuming this is a service entrance and maybe an emergency exit.
More steel for rock work rising on the park side of the Battle Escape Building.
The rock formations by/above the Millennium Falcon building.
Wire mesh is being installed on the left side.
On the right the mesh looks complete and the scaffolding in place. Next step will be concrete application.
The Millennium Falcon show building.
Notice the worker near the top to give you an idea of scale.. and remember this is on top of a large show building.
Preparations underway for the exterior wall of the Millennium Falcon show building.
Another angle of the rock work.
Work is underway in the village area, but the building obstructs most of the view and as soon as the walls go on we will not get to see anything anymmore.
Exterior wall has been added to the structures on the roof.
A closer look
A closer view of the new wall segment. Beyond it a truck is making a delivery.
Inside the hanger a large steel support beam is in place on the far side.
One more look before moving on.

Across the walkway Vault 28 and Fossil are closed to make way for a Star Wars VR experience.
Anna & Elsa are out and a new Dream Boutique is moving in.
Sephora is receiving a facelift. The store is still open as the exterior is being renovated.
Haagen-Dazs has taken over the information kiosk between the tram stop and ticket booths.
The menu for the Haagen-Dazs Kiosk
This evenings party is Sold Out.. unlike last visit where it said tickets may be available.
Entering Disneyland.
Disneyana still had some merchandise from the D23 Expo available.
Pirates merchandise.
Donald Duck meeting guests in Town Square.
The Straw Hatters performing on Main Street USA
Disneyland Wait times around 2:05pm
Sleeping Beauty Castle this afternoon with Walt and Mickey in the foreground.
As I walked through Tomorrowland I noticed almost no wait for the Autopia so decided to go for a drive.
The Disneyland Railroad is still experiencing longer than normal waits. The line in Tomorrowland was to the station entrance.
A point of view video from my Disneyland Autopia Drive.. be warned it is not a smooth video..
Wrapping up my drive. It was about 15 minutes from entering the queue until exiting my car.
Peter Pan and Captain Hook meeting guests on the old Motor Boat dock.
The Disneyland Railroad Toon Town Station queue went well beyond the station.
Goofy out for a stroll in Toon Town.
A check of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge mountains from Toon Town.
Toon Town from the Miss Daisy.
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge pictures from the Big Thunder Trail entrance. No truck blocking my view this time.
Here you get a good view of the Millennium Falcon show building and above it the rock formations.
To the left it looks like the village area is starting to rise from the ground.
One more look back to the right.
Big Thunder is closed for renovation.
The Mark Twain was in port but not accepting guests when I walked by. It started up about half an hour later.
Looking up river from the Hungry Bear.
You can see the Star Wars show building just above the tree line.
To the right the mountains rising above the trees.
This was my peaceful view for dinner from Hungry Bear.
Used a FastPass for Haunted Mansion Holiday.
The River Belle Terrace is still closed for renovation.
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge from Tarzan's Tree House
Looking toward the Haunted Mansion.
I made my way over to Tomorrowland and encountered Jake the Droid exploring the area. He was rolling around.
He is a prototype of a droid that you may find in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and Imagineers have been play testing him in the park as well as at the D23 Expo.
Jake rolled up to the store and encountered a sign saying droids are not allowed.
So he rolled off.
Here are a couple video clips of Jake the Droid in Tomorrowland.
There were other signs up throughout Tomorrowland as part of the test.
Droids are not welcome at a lot of establishments..
On my way to Disney California Adventure.
Buena Vista Street
A preview for the upcoming Thor: Ragnarok film has moved into the Sunset Showcase Theater
A couple posters as you enter the studios area.
The marquee for the preview.

A wider view of the lobby.
The TVs above the doors only showed this graphic.
Found a seat for the preview. It was under 10 minutes in length.
The side screens were in use with motion posters and then used during the preview too.
The setting sun reflecting off the Collector's Fortress
The line at the bar was starting to fill the switchbacks. Later in the evening it completely filled them and then some.
Stopped by Buena Vista Street to catch the lighting moment.
Then out to Paradise Gardens for a Musical Celebration of Coco
The Mariachi Divas
A large crowd gathered for the show.
Oogie Boogie popcorn buckets available on Paradise Pier too.. the line here was substantially shorter than on Buena Vista Street and at Disneyland.
The FastPass return for Toy Story was really backed up. It filled the queue and stretched out to the walkway.. I looked at this and decided to skip my FastPass.
Paradise Pier was busy, as is normal on a Friday during Halloween time when Disneyland is closed for a party.
As I walked toward the Bar Area noticed the lights along the walkway were turned off. This made it a bit more challenging to get through the crowds. With areas roped off for World of Color and guests queued up for the show plus the large crowds moving around it was a slow walk.
Next stop Cars Land. Ornament Valley this evening.
The theme for the rest of the evening was lines of guests everywhere. Here is the Cozy Cone.
The line for Flo's stretched to Route 66.
Happy Haul-O-Ween...
Walking by the Court House.
A full moon was rising this evening.
Guardians of the Galaxy: Monsters After Dark was posted at a 2 hour wait this evening.
Spent some time wandering around Carthay Circle...
Spotted a group of Panadas moving through the area...
Hmm.. think these guests bought enough? Their strollers were full of packages.
Some lights on at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge so a quick look before leaving.
The overpass was still set up for two way traffic and it worked well to exit.
The Halloween display at night.
