I was directed into a space on the far side of the garage. I have not been over there in a while and when walking to the escalators noticed this new support building in the Cast Member parking lot.
Trees are being removed from the berm. You can see more clearly into the park now from the structure.
A closer picture of the berm.
Interesting with the tall trees gone you can see the buildings on the other side of the park and beyond.
Here you can see the rock work that remains.
A wider shot of the area. They were removing concrete from the former Ranch area and supporting buildings.
A closer look around.
Panning to the right across the project.
A much wider shot of the area. The backstage facilities in the foreground were still in use on Friday.

The word of the day.
The new signs for the ticket booths are not in operation yet. Assuming they will be Sunday when the new pricing goes into effect.
A last look at the current prices.. valid through the end of Saturday.
First stop today Disneyland. The blue banners on the train station drooping like that look rather sad to me.
This is the last week of APDays. Today the feature was the Plausible Impossible.
Steam Trains have taken over the Gallery Space.
The exhibit has the same format and footprint as other recent ones.
Looks like more items are still to come, the center display case was empty.
Seems time to update this display.
A look at the Train exhibit. The first display features the Disneyland Locomotives. This is on the same wall as the Steve Martin video (which is still playing). Surprised they did not cover or swap out the title bar on the top.
A closer look. Each engine has a picture of the train, namesake and some information.
An overview in the center of the display.
Onto the display cases.
Original train tickets.
This wall featured a look at Walt and his trains.
The next the trains of Paris (top) and Tokyo (bottom).

A cast member showed me the back side.. so this is standing in the original station waiting area looking toward the track.
This one was hard to read with the boxes, will have to revisit in the future when they are gone.
Here are the crates I am referring to that are currently in the way.
Wonder if they will clear the other side too. The cast members did not know.
