  • The list of closures this trip to the Disneyland Resort. Interesting note last visit the Flying Tires were on there even though they were still open and now that they are closed they are not listed.
  • Rumor is ticket prices are going up soon..a look as of Friday.
  • First stop DCA. Buena Vista Street seemed to have a good size crowd.
  • Some of the rocks at the entrance to Condor Flats/Grizzly Peak Airfield have been removed.

  • Taste Pilots now sports a green roof. In the background you can see scaffolding now covers the Soarin building.

  • Half of the Junkyard Jamboree is walled off. Assuming they are resurfacing again.
  • Off to my right I heard a band playing and noticed the Ellis Island Boys in the terrace area.
  • Some of the offerings at the Sonoma Beer Garden or the Sonoma Terrace depending on which sign you read.

  • Work continues on Paradise Bay and the World of Color fountains. Water should be returning the bay soon as the show is scheduled to be back on March 13th.
  • A lot of repainting and touch up work going on around the bay. Some recently repainted elements.

  • The Flying Tires had their last flight last Monday. A cast member and sign out front. No indications of what is coming here. Thought maybe the concept art from the blog would find its way to the area.

  • The Taste Pilots building is now brown and green. You can see some forms are in on the right and more trench work.
  • A look at the Grizzly Peak Airfield work (assuming that will be the new name for Condor Flats based on the construction wall)
  • A quick look backstage from the Monorail. Splash Mountain logs stored along side the Indy showbuilding. More interesting is in the back covered up are Peter Pan ride vehicles hard to tell with this pic since I had the wrong lens..
  • Passing over the Matterhorn which is still undergoing refurbishment

  • so now you enter and exit up the ramp to the second floor. Two way traffic flow at the top.

  • The second floor still has the Marvel Meet and Greets, Asimo, and video games.
  • Looking down the Dream House has been cleared out.
  • Only a couple items remain and are tagged.
  • Some construction walls around the outer ring are barely visible.

  • This evening the Herb Ryman artwork was lit and looked great.

  • Passing through a quiet Fantasy Faire
  • Does the Tangled Tower still do its light show? I was in the area about 10 minutes and did not see it.
  • Passing through Fantasmic, this was only a couple minutes to show time and plenty of space in the reserved areas.. Several cast members trying to keep guests out as they went under the ropes to the wide open areas.
  • The Disneyland Railroad has returned to service.
  • Small World looked very dark again. There was no wait to ride.
