    The annual Candlelight Ceremony at Disneyland traditionally has taken place on Main Street USA two nights a year. In 2012 they expanded to 20 nights.
    They opened seating to an Annual Passholder lottery. Over the next several pages I will jump between several showings I attended in 2012 to try and give a flavor of the event.

    A closer look at the stage area.
    The orchestra is first to arrive and warm up.
    The procession starts at the end of Main Street USA. The choir enters from backstage near the Baby Care Center.

    They process to Town Square and the lights go out ahead of them.
    As they arrive in Town Square they walk through the seating area and start to fill in the risers.

    As the procession proceeds the lights come up slightly on the human Christmas tree that is made up of the Disney Employee Choir.
    Once all are in place the orchestra and trumpets hit their first note and the choir comes to life as the lights turn on.

    The show proceeds with the narrator reading some of the story of Christmas and then choir singing. Over the next several pages are pictures from 2012 as well as some video clips (the images may be out of order since they are from several shows).
