Walt Disney Family Museum Discovery Summer Camp:
Exploring Everything from Storyboarding to Sound Design

San Francisco, CA, April 5, 2010 - Two things are certain about the life of Walt Disney as you tour The Walt Disney Family Museum on the Main Post in San Francisco’s Presidio. He was a master storyteller and he was an early adapter of leading film technologies.  From the first color cartoon to the invention of the first multi-plane camera, Walt pushed the technological limits of storytelling in film. In the pursuit of quality entertainment, he surrounded himself with the best artists, painters and illustrators in the business.

In the months ahead, the Museum will continue to follow that legendary lead by offering an innovative line-up of classes in Art, Animation and Computer technology.  Starting April 17, kids, teens and adults will have a chance to discover their potential as budding artists or filmmakers.
