DCA Pre-opening
11/3/00 - Here is are DCA update from 11/3/00, just
3 months till our first look into the park during one
of its AP Preview Days and a little over 3 months before
its February 8th official opening.
11/17/00 - Getting closer to opening, finishing touches
are starting to be applied to Downtown Disney in preparation
for its opening in a little over a month.
11/24/00 - Downtown Disney is really taking shape with only weeks till opening.
12/16/00 - My final update from 2000 looks at the nearly finished park and you can see some CMs testing out some attractions in the park, with opening less than a month away.
For the 2004 Tournament of Roses Parade Disney had a California Adventure float highlighting the soon to open Tower of Terror attraction. After the parade on the 1st the float was moved to Anaheim and put on display at California Adventure for a few days. Here are some pictures from the rainy first day in the park.
My first visit of 2012. Disneyland was celebrating Three Kings Day this weekend as well as the opening of the Jolly Holiday Bakery. Over at DCA Cars Land and Buena Vista Street both continue to race along toward completion this year.
