Launched on March 10, 2009, D23 is the first official community for Disney fans. D23 hosts events throughout the year for Disney Fans online, in the parks, and across the country ranging from movie screens to the biannual Expos. Click here for my initial thoughts on D23 FYI the name comes from the fact that the Walt Disney Company was founded in 1923 (October 16th to be exact).
